Arkansas Rapper Mike G New Ep “ Catastrophic Harmony “ Worth The Wait
While the largest two cities in Arkansas, are Little Rock and Pine Bluff, which produce the majority of Arkansas rappers. Some artists from the smaller towns usually get overlooked, but there has been a growing lineup of rappers from Arkansas.
Mike G, has his own unique sound with harmony mixed with Country music vibes, but his lyrics are straight to the point highlighting his vicious life on the streets of Arkansas. Pain play a very critical part in his music like track #3 Lone Wolf, he explains how he was left by his parents from birth making his travel very lonely.
In the earlier years, like the 90’s there were rappers from Arkansas, like Pine Bluff’s Loop Clique, D.T.O Records, or even Black Trump, but now there is an more official rap scene emerging with artists like Bankroll Freddie, PME Jaybee and Mike G that will solidify Arkansas as one of the top rap scenes in the world.
