Chicago,IL — Now that the big winter storm has moved pass the region, the Illinois Department of Transportation has reopened the ramp from the inbound Chicago Skyway into the inbound Dan Ryan Expressway.

The storm made a major impact, but the streets of sanitation did their job removing all the snow to the side making a clear way for people to travel to work this morning. That’s what make Chicago different from other major cities, the city is always ready for hazardous weather conditions.

Chicago Lincoln Park Area Full Of Snow.

After shutting down yesterday, the traffic on the inbound side of the Skyway was being diverted off at South Saint Lawrence Avenue which is located on the south side of Chicago.

Lucky the ramp was able to open back up in time for that early mourning work rush, because it would have been a total disaster for the record’s.
