Chicago,IL — Coming from a rough childhood living on the south side of Chicago, Ron Anderson would dropout from Bowen high school located at 2710 east 89th street at the age of 17. Ron had never played organized basketball for elementary school or high school, so he never played for Bowen high school. With no goals or ambition he would look to basketball for fun when he wasn’t working at the supermarket, he instantly became independent moving out of his parents house at the age 20.
